The Future of Downtown TorontoThe study involving GD Economics principals examined recent economic, social and cultural change in the downtown and identifies the complementarities that existed between the economic, social and cultural activity spaces in the downtown and between the downtown, the region and abroad. A key aspect of the project was to provide strategic advice with respect to the future development of a multi-modal transportation hub in the downtown. The output of this study formed an integral part of economic, social and land use planning in the City of Toronto.
